About Shipping
  • Can I specify the date and time of arrival of my order?
    You can specify a delivery date and time from a min of 3 days to a max of 28 days later. Please select your desired delivery date and time on the shopping cart screen after adding items to the cart. Please note that the delivery date and time may change during events such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. In such cases, we will notify you separately. The earliest delivery date and time that can be specified is 3 days based on the zip code of the delivery address set by the customer. Please note that there are some areas where the shortest possible delivery date and time cannot be specified. *Please note that we may not be able to deliver on the requested date and time if we receive a large number of orders in a short period of time, if it takes time to arrange shipping during vacation periods such as year-end and New Year vacations, or if delivery is difficult due to traffic or weather conditions. *Please note that some areas may not be able to deliver on the requested date and time. *We do not accept date and time specifications or changes to registered information after an order has been confirmed.
  • Can I specify the shipping carrier?
    Delivered by Yamato Transport. We do not accept changes in shipping carrier.
  • How much is the shipping cost?
    〜1,000 yen : 360 yen 1,000 yen 〜 10,000 yen : 770 yen Free shipping for orders over 10,000 yen For Okinawa and Hokkaido, flat rate 1,880 yen (not eligible for free shipping for orders over 10,000 yen)
  • Can you ship overseas?
    We can only deliver products within Japan.
  • Will I be notified when the shipment is made?
    You will receive a shipment notification to your registered email or cell phone SMS.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Amazon Payment / VISA / MASTER / AMEX / JCB / Mobile Carrier / Convenience Stores / Bank Transfer / PayPay / LINE Pay / Merucari Pay / Rakuten Pay are accepted.
  • Can I change my payment method after ordering?
    Once your order is confirmed, we do not accept changes in payment methods.
Return/Exchange
About Return/Exchange
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    We do not accept exchanges for customer convenience. We will accept exchanges only if you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, or if there is a quality problem with the item, such as damage or blemish. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds.
  • How can I make inquiries?
